San Francisco Firm Sued for Fraud

Wells Fargo Bank has sued San Francisco litigation defense firm Jackson Jenkins Renstrom LLP for fraud.

A year to the day after it opened its doors, San Francisco firm Jackson Jenkins Renstrom LLP was sued by Wells Fargo Bank for fraud.


In its complaint, filed June 1 in San Francisco County Superior Court, the bank accuses the San Francisco litigation defense firm of reneging on an agreement to help pay back nearly $4 million in debt owed by its predecessor firm Jackson & Wallace LLP.
