Defendant in FCPA Trial May Walk

Prosecutors have agreed to allow one of the three defendants convicted in the a significant foreign bribery trial to walk away for time-served in prison rather than seeking harsher punishments.

LOS ANGELES - Federal prosecutors who won convictions against three individuals in the most significant foreign bribery trial in recent years have agreed to allow one defendant to walk out of jail immediately for time served.
