Orange County DA Escapes Sanctions

The Orange County District Attorney's Office escaped sanctions Tuesday after being accused of hiding exculpatory evidence in a failed case against local school officials.

The Orange County District Attorney's Office escaped sanctions Tuesday after being accused of hiding exculpatory evidence in a failed case against local school officials.

The 4th District Court of Appeal concluded that the district attorney's office had made an innocent mistake in not turning over an investigator?s report.
