A San Diego attorney has been sentenced to 10 months in prison for failing to report to the IRS at least $3 million in income between 2000 to 2002.
U.S. District Judge John A. Houston also ordered Craig Shaber to pay $555,000 in restitution to the IRS and to serve three years of supervised release.
Shaber was indicted on conspiracy and tax evasion charges on Aug. 14, 2009, and pleaded guilty to tax evasion on Oct. 2...
