City Attorney Pleads to Reckless Driving
Jimmy L. Gutierrez, city attorney for Rialto and Chino, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving after being arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.

Jimmy L. Gutierrez, city attorney for Rialto and Chino, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving after being arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.
As part of the plea deal, Los Angeles County prosecutors dismissed two counts of driving under the influence against Gutierrez, who was arrested while driving on the 60 Freeway in Industry in October.
