Jury Awards Big Verdict in Doctor's Death

A San Diego jury has awarded $17.4 million in damages to the family of a naval surgeon who was killed by an ambulance while riding his bicycle.

A San Diego jury has awarded $17.4 million in damages to the family of a naval surgeon who was killed by an ambulance while riding his bicycle.
