High Court to Hear Prisoner's Case

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a challenge to a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision allowing a California inmate to sue private employees working at a prison.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a challenge to a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision allowing a California inmate to sue private employees working at a prison.
