Sexting and Mediation Confidentiality

Just before Christmas last year, Margarite, a 13-year-old girl took a nude photo of herself and sent it to Isaiah, her new boyfriend and a fellow eighth grader. A few weeks later, they broke up and Isaiah's new girlfriend got a hold of the full-length photo. She added the caption "Ho Alert!" and forwarded it to her friends. The photo went viral - spreading throughout the school, to neighboring schools and eventually on the Internet....
