Worker Halted Pilots' Drug Test, Suit Alleges
LOS ANGELES - In the immediate hours after a Southwest Airline jet overshot a runway at Burbank airport and crashed into a car on Hollywood Way last year, a Southwest employee refused to let a police officer give the pilot and first officer a blood-alcohol test, according to documents filed in a lawsuit.
