ACLU Legal Director Says He Overstepped

LOS ANGELES - American Civil Liberties Union Legal Director Mark Rosenbaum, who Tuesday called for the removal of the superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District, has acknowledged he had no authority to do such a thing.
