Cities make decisions on waterfront development

San Francisco - At the same time this city selected a winning bid in the competition to develop a new cruise terminal on the southern waterfront, Oakland's Port Commission narrowed the field to four teams seeking the opportunity to undertake the next phase of waterfront improvements at Jack London Square.
