County requests continuance of hearing on Bolsa Chica to April

Irvine - Orange County has requested a continuance of a February public hearing by the California Coastal Commission on the California Coastal Communities' Warner Mesa project at Bolsa Chica until the commission's next Southern California meeting in April. Orange County, which is the Coastal Commission applicant for the plan, requested the continuance in order to have more time to review the issues.
