The newly released 2000 Kosmont Cost of Doing Business Survey tracks many communities in the San Fernando Valley, and this chart will highlight the differences between three of the most prominent cities: Calabasas, San Fernando and Los Angeles, of course, which covers the lion's share of the Valley.
