Lifer Set Free as New Evidence Sheds Doubt on His Conviction
SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge Friday granted a request by the district attorney's office to release twice-convicted killer Dwayne McKinney from prison, arguing that not enough evidence exists to support a conviction for the man accused of killing a fast-food restaurant manager two decades ago.
