Inhofe Will Block Judicial Nominees

WASHINGTON - A Republican senator on Wednesday reiterated his vow to block the confirmation of all of President Clinton's remaining judicial nominees, alleging anew that Clinton violated the terms of an agreement with Senate Republicans on recess appointments.
