Lawsuit Spurs School to Erect Portable Rooms

After more than a year of allowing 100 elementary school students to be housed in an auditorium, it took less than two weeks for the Los Angeles Unified School District to provide separate classrooms for second- and third- graders at Rosemont Avenue Elementary School, after the district was slapped with a class action by the American Civil Liberties Union.
