Police Accused of Trying to Hide Bogus Murder Charge

In yet more allegations of police wrong-doing to erupt from the Rampart corruption scandal, a civil rights attorney charged Tuesday that police were attempting to cover up the framing of his client on a murder charge - by arresting an alibi witness for alleged immigration violations.
