O'Leary Is Sworn in to 4th District Appellate Court

LOS ANGELES - Kathleen E. O'Leary was sworn into office Friday as an associate justice of the 4th District Court of Appeal in Santa Ana. The three-member Commission on Judicial Appointments, led by Chief Justice Ronald M. George, voted unanimously to confirm O'Leary's nomination.
