Most of Chef's Suit Against Star Dismissed

A judge Friday threw out the bulk of a lawsuit against Janet Jackson, her husband and their doctors brought by Jackson's former chef, who claims the pop star and her husband had their prescriptions filled in his name to avoid public disclosure of their use of drugs to treat such medical conditions as Hepatitis B.
