A small Minneapolis law firm expects to file a class action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California next week seeking to recover funds looted during World War II and allegedly ending up in the Vatican Bank - formally known as the Institute of Religious Works - as well as national banks in Argentina, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
