Carnahan Can Call Himself 'Professor'

South Bay Municipal Court Commissioner Douglas O. Carnahan can call himself "professor" on the upcoming judicial election ballot, a judge decided Wednesday, shooting down an opponent's contention that the designation is misleading to voters.
