ACLU Files Class Action for L.A. Students in Five-Class Auditorium

Exercising its considerable influence over local school matters, the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California has filed a class action in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of 100 Rosemont Elementary School students, naming the L.A. City Board of Education, L.A. Unified School District, School Superintendent Ruben Zacarias, the State Board of Education and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Delaine Eastin as defendants.
