Yagman Is Seeking Rampart List

Civil rights attorney Stephen Yagman is asking the Los Angeles Superior Court to order the district attorney's and public defender's offices to provide him with a list of all 4,000 criminal cases that may be impacted by the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Division corruption scandal.
