Court to Reconsider Benefits Case

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court has backpedaled on a decision from last summer that significantly expanded pension protections for workers, ordering a reconsideration of the ruling that companies in some cases must volunteer advance information about sweetened retirement benefits.
