Judge Said Liner Yankelevitz Had Probable Cause for Suit

Just before a jury was to be selected, a judge dismissed a malicious prosecution lawsuit against Liner, Yankelevitz, Sunshine, Weinhart & Regenstreif in a case brought by two attorneys who claimed the firm wrongly sued them for legal malpractice to avoid paying their share of a $1.2 million settlement.
