Two More File Claims in Rampart Scandal

Two more men released from prison as part of the Rampart Division corruption scandal have filed claims against the city of Los Angeles. Samuel Bailey and Joseph Jones, both of whom are represented by Gregory W. Moreno of Moreno, Becerra & Guerrero in Montebello, contend they were wrongfully arrested and detained as a result of false police reports by Officer Rafael Perez and his partner Nino Durden.
