Supervisors Affirm New Filing Fee
SAN BERNARDINO - It will now cost $35 more to file civil lawsuits in the San Bernardino County Superior Courts. On Tuesday, the county Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a new $35 fee on all civil litigation filed in the Superior Courts. The courts were ready to implement the new fee as soon as the supervisors approved it, said Darren Kettle, a county administrative analyst.
