UCLA Grads Accused of Stock Fraud

A federal grand jury Tuesday indicted two recent UCLA graduates accused of conducting an Internet fraud scheme in which they bought stock in a bankrupt company for pennies a share, boosted it in Internet chat rooms, and collected hundreds of thousands in profits within days.
