Case Merits Dismissal for Witness' Payment

RANCHO CUCAMONGA - Without charactertizing what was behind payments a key witness received before testifying before the grand jury in a corporate espionage case, a defense attorney for Waste Management Co. said the payments in themselves merit the dismissal of criminal charges against his client.
