Wrongdoings Asserted in Cop Killing Retrial
SANTA ANA - Nearly two years after the California Supreme Court overturned his conviction and death sentence in the murder of a Garden Grove police officer, defense attorneys for accused killer John George Brown argued Monday that evidence implicating Brown in the death of officer Donald Reed was tampered with shortly after the crime.
