DA's Child Support Hours to Change The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Bureau of Family Support has announced new office hours. Beginning Saturday , the bureau's six division offices in Commerce, El Segundo, Encino, Palmdale, Torrance and West Covina will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturday of the month.
