Attorney, developer team with Cisco

Real estate attorney Todd J. Anson and former Kilroy Realty executive Steven L. Black have launched Cisterra Development LLC to support the expansion needs of Cisco Systems Inc., the global networking giant. The new company will co-venture with Cisco in the development of new facilities, Anson says. He served as managing partner of the San Diego office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 1996 through August 1999 and was Cisco's longtime legal counsel.
