Los Angeles' civic and business leaders have been touting the new Staples Center as a shot in the arm for downtown revitalization efforts. Meanwhile, Staples Center President Tim Leiweke reveals his "favorite hangouts" in an advertising supplement promoting Los Angeles in the December issue of Food & Wine magazine.
