CBRE joins EPA energy program
Los Angeles - CB Richard Ellis is participating in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star Buildings program. The goal of the program is to improve the energy performance of commercial real estate properties. That, in turn, will reduce air pollution, lower operating costs and make income-producing properties more competitive, profitable and valuable.
