Consulting firm tops 1901 Avenue of the Stars

Bain & Co., a global strategy consulting firm, leased the top floor of 1901 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The long-term lease for 27,000 square feet of office space is valued at $10 million. Bain & Co. plans to relocate this spring from the SunAmerica Building at 1999 Avenue of the Stars to the 20th floor of 1901. The company expects to double the size of its work force to 130 employees after the move.
