Highrise in top shape
Another in a spate of new highrises to come out of the ground in San Francisco was topped off in November. The 199 Fremont office tower held a "beam signing" ceremony at the base of the building with representatives of the developer, Fremont Properties, the contractor, Bechtel Infrastructure Corp., and several of the building's major tenants, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, on hand to add their signatures to the top-off beam.
