Trio tackles transaction

Three CB Commercial brokers arranged the sale of the 14-acre, Kmart-anchored Rivergate Shopping Center for approximately $10 million. CB vice presidents Don Howson and John DuBois and associate Jon Gianulias represented both sides of the transaction.

The sellers were Resource Properties of Philadelphia, which owned the 84,000-square-foot Kmart building, and Ingemanson Properties of Sacramento, which owned the remaining 58,000 square feet of retail space.
