West Hills - Los Angeles-based AC Martin Partners Inc. has come full circle with the renovation of the three buildings at West Hills Corporate Village. The company originally designed the buildings, which date as far back as 1958, for TRW and later conducted an earthquake retrofit study of the site for Hughes Aircraft Co.
