The 2000 Kosmont Cost of Doing Business Survey (r) - National Online Edition found the cost of doing business in the communities of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena to be reasonably priced from a business operations point-of-view. Burbank and Glendale earned Low Cost $$ Kosmont Cost Ratings. Pasadena received a Medium Cost $$$ Kosmont Cost Rating because of its relatively higher business and utility user taxes.
