Damn the torpedoes

Hop over to the Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley area and what is happening in San Francisco is having a big impact on these submarkets. To the south, in Silicon Valley, dot.comers are driving the market, taking down huge amounts of space as they expand. Perhaps the only balanced market in the immediate San Francisco Bay region is along the I-680 Corridor.
