Little known developer picks up major site
Redwood City - A San Francisco company agreed to pay $90 million for the Pacific Shores development site, the largest approved but undeveloped piece of land on the San Francisco Peninsula. The relatively obscure Jay Paul Co. beat out such well-known competitors as Spieker Properties, Cornerstone Properties and Divco West.
