Watching the clock brings results

There are probably days when brokers yearn for the good old days of the Pony Express or even Federal Express without the attendant and ever-present fax, e-mail and Internet technology. Seth Nodelman, for example, says he spent many a day recently juggling time zones as he called, faxed and e-mailed information and documents to a Japanese seller, German buyers and various attorneys in Nebraska and Los Angeles.
