Men Sue NBC for Depicting Them as Drunks, Adulterers

Claiming a local TV station falsely depicted them as drunks and adulterers, three Los Angeles men have sued the station and National Broadcasting Co. Inc. for re-airing footage of them - even after previous complaints had resulted in settlement agreement over the use of the videotape.
