Prison Paper Publisher Breaks Stories With an Insider's Ear
SEATTLE - A couple of years ago, Paul Wright read a short blurb in one of Seattle's daily newspapers. Washington state was conducting an investigation of white supremacist activities among guards in its state prisons, the story said.
