SACRAMENTO - Eight conditional Enterprise Zones have been established by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in an attempt to revitalize the economies of those areas. The zones are Siskiyou County, San Joaquin County, East Los Angeles, Salinas Valley, Kings County, Oakland, West Sacramento and Santa Ana.
