Settlement Ends Challenges to USC Student Housing Project
LOS ANGELES - For years, two rival developers that build student housing at the University of Southern California were engaged in a contentious dispute. Now Urban Partners and USC, which contended that the rival builder fancied itself "the al-Qaida of student housing," have settled a federal lawsuit filed against Conquest Student Housing.
