Panel Finds Judge Erred In Gang Member Case
A Los Angeles jailhouse lawyer got substandard justice from a federal trial judge, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel held Tuesday. The unanimous panel reversed U.S. District Judge R.
