Court Reinstates Conviction, Vindicating L.A. Prosecutor

The California Supreme Court on Monday reinstated the conviction of a Catholic priest who molested three teenage boys, vindicating a zealous Los Angeles prosecutor who had been accused of playing into jurors' fears about the wider clergy abuse scandal.
