Tenet Sues Kaiser Over Payment of Hospital Bills
LOS ANGELES - Two health care giants are going to court over hospital bills. Tenet Healthcare Corp., whose 2005 revenues were $9.6 billion, is suing Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc. in Orange County Superior Court for $16 million Tenet claims it is owed for services it provided to Kaiser's patients.
