Retired U.S. District Judge Sued and Lobbied for Raises
SAN FRANCISCO - A memorial service will take place tomorrow for retired U.S. District Judge Spencer M. Williams. Williams died Jan. 3 following a fall outside his home in Carmichael, according to a statement from the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. He was 85.
